For trades and home services in Australia
Quote jobs without driving to every one
Customers measure up and send photos from their phone. You check the numbers against your own price schedule and send an estimate in minutes. You only drive out to jobs they have accepted.
The difference
One drive per job, not one per quote
Most quotes do not turn into work, but each one costs you a trip. Move the measuring to the customer and keep the drive for jobs that are already agreed.
How it works
Set up in an afternoon, quote faster from day one
- 1
Share your quote link
Reply to enquiries with it, add it to your Google profile, or put the form on your website with one line of code. It carries your name, logo and colours.
- 2
Customers measure and send
Picture choices and a measuring diagram for every window, door and fence. A photo of each item is required, so a bad measurement is easy to spot.
- 3
You price and send
Each item is matched to your schedule and flagged if it needs a second look. Confirm the clean ones in a tap and send a branded estimate.
Built for how trades price
Your prices, your checks, your call
Priced from your own schedule
Window sizes, rates per metre, and your add-ons: removal, double glazing, upstairs access, minimum job. Enter two sizes per window type and the rest are worked out for you to check.
Flags what needs a second look
A measurement well under the matched size, a type the customer was not sure of, or a size you do not stock. Nothing is sent until you confirm it.
Ask for more info, not a visit
Not sure about one window? Send the customer a link that asks only what you need: another photo, a re-measure, or which way it opens.
One visit confirms the price
Customers accept and book a time from your availability. On site, enter what you measure and the price updates from your schedule. They approve any change before you order.
Ways to price
Priced the way your trade already quotes
A price is worked out from what the customer can tell you. You set the rates.
Windows and doors by size
Each opening is matched to the nearest size in your price grid.
Fences per metre
The length, times your rate for that fence type and height.
Lawns by area, from a map Next
The customer outlines the lawn on a satellite map and picks how often you come.
Cleans by rooms Next
Bedrooms and bathrooms set a fixed price the customer can book straight away.
Windows, doors and fencing are ready now. The two marked next are being built.

Accepted jobs will land in ServiceM8, ready to schedule
Connect once. When a customer accepts, the job is created with their details, line items, photos and the estimate attached, and it moves to Work Order when they approve the confirmed price.
Being built, and waiting on ServiceM8 to approve us as a development partner. Until it is live, accepted estimates stay in your dashboard and the PDF downloads.
Trades
Ready-made for measured work
Each trade comes with its questions, measuring guide and pricing set up. Switch on the work you do.
Not bathrooms or kitchens, on purpose. Their price depends on design choices, so a measured estimate would mislead your customers.

Questions
What tradies ask first
Will customers actually measure properly?
Every measurement has a diagram showing exactly where to measure, sizes outside sensible limits are rejected, and a photo of each item is required. Anything that looks off is flagged for you, and you can ask the customer for more detail before you price it.
What if the estimate is wrong?
Every estimate says it is based on the customer’s measurements and is confirmed by a site measure before anything is ordered. If a size changes on site, the price updates from your schedule and the customer approves it.
Does it work for my business?
If customers can describe the job well enough for you to price it, yes. Windows and doors are matched by size and fences are priced per metre, both ready now. Lawns by the area a customer outlines on a map, and cleans by the number of rooms, are being built. It is not a fit for work priced on design choices, like bathrooms and kitchens.
Do I need a website?
No. You get your own quote page to share by text, email, Facebook or your Google profile. If you have a website, one line of code adds the form to it.
Do I need ServiceM8?
No. The integration is being built and is there if you use it. Without it, accepted estimates stay in your dashboard and you can download them.
Can customers share their measurements with other businesses?
Yes. The measurements belong to the customer and they can reuse them. Your prices are never shared. In practice, the business that replies first with a clear estimate usually wins the job.
Who owns my price list?
You do. Your prices are only used to work out your estimates and are never shown to other businesses.
